 We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred appointment time.  In case of cancellation, as a courtesy to our other clients and to our practitioners, we kindly request you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment.  Appointments, other than Saturdays, may not be necessary.  If the clinic appears unattended during normal opening hours, a therapist is either working and cannot be disturbed mid-appointment or we are close by.  So please call in this situation and you may be able to be seen at very short notice.
