Sports Injury Management

Our state of the art sports injury management programmes progress you through a three step process using hands on physiotherapy and specific clinical exercise for return to sport.

 

1. Control: Muscle control is lost with injury. This means that the ability to contract the correct muscles with the correct force at the correct time is lost.

 

2. Strength: Once you have addressed the ability to control the correct muscles we progress you to the strength stage of your rehabilitation.

 

3. Performance: This stage involves dynamic activities that strengthen the injured area in controlled ways that are similar to your sport.
